Accessibility

Ivana's House of Fairy Tales has been designed so as to be accessible to visitors with special needs.

It is equipped with an entrance ramp and a platform lift which enables wheelchair users to move inside and around the visitor's centre. Due to limited space, wheelchair users – especially in case of group visits including several wheelchair users – are required to book their visit in advance.

The large amount of audio content makes the exhibition accessible and interesting for blind and visually impaired visitors. For hearing impaired visitors, the audio content is available in textual form.

The staff at Ivana's House of Fairy Tales are happy to provide assistance to disabled visitors and make their visit as pleasant as possible.

House Rules

Cloakroom
Lockers with keys are located at the entrance to Ivana's House of Fairy Tales. Larger pieces of luggage must be stored in the lockers.

Children under 12
Children aged 12 and younger have to be accompanied by an adult. As a rule, baby buggies are allowed in Ivana's House of Fairy Tales.

Pets
Visitors are allowed to bring along pets, provided that during their visit the pets do not endanger other visitors, equipment or staff.

Photography
The taking of photographs in Ivana's House of Fairy Tales is permitted.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside Ivana's House of Fairy Tales.

Food and Drinks
Eating and/or drinking is not allowed inside Ivana's House of Fairy Tales.
Information about catering establishments is available on the official website of the Tourist Board of the City of Ogulin.

Lost Items
The staff at Ivana's House of Fairy Tales does not accept any liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Found property will be kept at the information desk.

Video Surveillance
Ivana's House of Fairy Tales is under video surveillance.

Exhibition
Moveable parts of the exhibition may not be moved from their respective positions.
Visitors are kindly asked to treat the items and property with care.

Payment

Individual tickets are sold at the information desk. We accept cash and credit cards (Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, JCB, American Express).
Organised groups pay by estimate only, according to the date reserved.

Currency
The accepted currency is the Croatian kuna.
